Geography of Survival

Travelling underground and through time, the film follows engineers, scientists and residents of Chicago as they attempt to control water.  Wandering between observational vignettes, historical research and scientific exploration, the film meditate on the flow between nature and a city perpetually reshaping the land it’s built on.
